Name
The name of this organization will be the Wolverine Dart Association.

Objective
The objective of the W.D.A. will be to promote competitive darts and sanction League play according to the rules in effect as well as establish friendly relationships with similar organizations.

Membership
Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in darts as a sport. The member must be 21 years of age prior to the beginning of the season in which they are to play.

A membership may be terminated by a majority opinion of the board if such member creates disharmony or behaves in a matter which is prejudicial to order, discipline, or sportsmanship.

The membership fee for a yearly membership shall be thirty ($30.00) dollars starting September 1st thru August 31st and fifteen ($15.00) for a half year membership starting February 1st thru August 31st. Membership fees are non-refundable. Persons wishing to play in the Fall Flight only must pay the full years membership.

EXECUTIVE BOARD

The executive board shall consist of 7 persons. They are; the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, League Coordinator, Tournament Director, and Properties Chairperson.
No person may hold 2 Executive Board positions. Should a vacancy occur, an existing Board member may volunteer to assume the responsibilities of the vacant position, but may NOT hold a 2nd Executive Board title.
